Masks are all handmade and created on a 'first come first served' basis. It usually takes between 3 - 10 business days to sew orders depending on weekly sales (we only have 4 hands between us after all).
All orders are then shipped with Australia Post. You can choose regular post (not tracked) or express post (tracking provided) at check out.
We know that sometimes the postal service can misplace parcels, this hasn't happened to us yet and fingers crossed it wont happen to your order! If it does and you have a tracking number, we are able to enquire with Australia Post on your behalf. Unfortunately without a tracking number we can't take any responsibility for missing items.
If an incorrect delivery address is provided at checkout please email [email protected] immediately! We'll update on our end and send confirmation within 48 hours.
At this stage we are only shipping to Australia, please email us for any special overseas orders.
